In the "Sir yes sir" mission, park a car ahead of the convoy where it will pass. When the convoy stops, shoot off the head of the gunner of the tank with a rifle, and the driver will get out before the troops start firing, then you can take the tank.

This is the best way to complete the "Sir Yes Sir" mission (this article is a little lenghty, but this cuts the time spent on the mission in half).
1. Оnce you get the mission, get in the sports car by Cortez's boat.
2. Take the most direct path to the other island (the big bridge by the hospital and Washington Mall).
3. The convoy will stop at the donut place, so you just need to go a little ways in front of them and park your car sideways in the road and type the cheat for thugs tools and choose the minigun the equivilent of the rocket launcher in this set of guns (there is a buliding with adequate shelter close to Cam's the safecraker's house).
4. An army officer will say something like "Civilian Vehicle in the way" and he will get out of the
hummer and move your car. This is when you act - use the Mini-Gun to blow up the car and then hit the other cars. Don't worry about the tank - it won't blow up. Now switch to a smaller gun and walk towards the tank. Watch out for the gunner on the tank and there might be some army guys in the bushes.
5.Then get right in front of the tank, get out the sniper rifle and you should be able to see the men in the tank. Kill them, take the tank and hit a U-turn. Don't worry about the self destruct, you will be able to make it to the garage in time because you are extremely close.

Make Decent Money Fast: This is a really good way to make a quick $1,000. As it turns out, parking is ridiculously expensive in Vice City. On a North and South running street in Downtown on the second island (south of the Hyman Condo), there is a street covered in parking meters (it may be a curved street, I am not sure). If you run into them (or maybe use a tool like the hammer or baseball bat), you knock about $2-400 out of them. The only problem is if you hit them too fast, you will wrap your car around them and they'll get stuck in the engine. Explosions are usually imminent. I don't think that this willful destruction of private property even generates a wanted level so you're basically just able to get decent cash with minimal effort.

This game is one of my favorites. Of course, controversial, but a very fun game. Studies have shown that violent video games are no the causes for shooting and other events. The parents just wanna find something to blame on the video game companies. Overall I give this game a 5 out of 5, GTA: Vice City is excellent!
