Unlockable Band Players
     To  recreate  this popular band, enter the Create Player Mode and
input  any  of  these  names: Jim Creeggan, Ed Robertson, Kevin Hearn,
Tyler Stewart, Steven Page.

Unlockable Players
     All  Star  Teams  -  First,  play through a season and finish the
All-Star game. Then, save the game and then two All-Star teams will be
unlocked at the team selection screen.
